熱塑性聚烯烴(TPO)防水卷材，是采用先進(jìn)的聚合技術(shù)將乙丙橡膠與聚丙烯結(jié)合在一起的熱塑性聚烯烴(TPO)合成樹(shù)脂為基料，加入抗氧劑、抗老化劑、軟化劑制成的新型防水卷材，可以用聚酯纖維網(wǎng)格布做內(nèi)部增強(qiáng)材料制成增強(qiáng)性防水卷材，屬合成高分子防水卷材類(lèi)防水材料產(chǎn)品。
it is a new type waterproof roll material whose base material is thermoplastic polyolefin(TPO) plasthetics which made by polymerizing EPR and polypropylene through advanced polymerization process,adding antioxygen,inhibitor and softener. It can become reinforced waterproof roll material by using polyester fiber gridding cloth as inner reinforcing material and it belongs to the waterproof roll product of synthetic polymer
產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)/  Product features        
1、具有抗老化、拉伸強(qiáng)度高s伸長(zhǎng)率大;
2、具有優(yōu)良的耐候性和低溫柔性，搭接縫采用熱焊接施工，可形成高強(qiáng)度的可靠密封防水層;
3、具有良好的加工性能和力學(xué)性能;
4、可在潮濕的屋面施工，外露無(wú)須保護(hù)層、施工方便、無(wú)污染，**適用于作為輕型節(jié)能屋面的防水層;
5、增強(qiáng)型TPO防水卷材中間夾有一層聚酯纖維織物，更適合于機(jī)械固定屋面系統(tǒng)。在兩層TPO材料中間加設(shè)一層聚酯纖維織物后，可增強(qiáng)其物理性能、提高其斷裂強(qiáng)度、**、搞穿刺能力。
6、背襯型TPO防水卷材，卷材下表面的織物，使得卷材更易于同基層粘結(jié)。
7、均質(zhì)型TPO防水卷材，可塑性好，受熱后能加工成型各種形狀，以適應(yīng)復(fù)雜節(jié)點(diǎn)的做法。

5.Reinforced TPO waterproof roll materials are more suitable for mechanically fastened roof system because there is a layei polyester fiber inside.When a layer of polyester fiber fabric is put inside 2layers of TPOmaterials,its physical properties can be enhanced and the breaking strength,anti-fatigue and puncture resistance can be improved.
6.Lined TPO waterproof roll materials. The lined dlownsurface fabric will make the roll material easier to bond with substrat Homogeneous TPO waterproof roll materials. It has a good plasticity and when it is heated, it can be processed to different sha to adapt to complicated nodes
適用范圍|   Scope of application        
1、可適用于建筑外露或非外露式屋面的防水，及易變形的建筑地下防水;
2、尤其適用于輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋面，是大型工業(yè)廠房、公用建筑等屋面的**防水材料;
3、還可適用于飲用水水庫(kù)、衛(wèi)生間、地下室、隧道、糧庫(kù)、地鐵等防水防潮工程。
